Researchers at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA are curious about your child’s sleep as well as your goals about your child’s sleep.

REST Study

Are you pregnant? Not sleeping well? Doctors at the University of California, San Francisco are studying how to improve sleep during pregnancy. We are looking for women who are up to 28 weeks pregnant from across the United States. Participants will receive an online, evidence-based program to improve sleep and up to $60 in gift cards.

Thinking about Sleep

Parents and caregivers of children (2- to 10-years-old): What do you think about your child’s sleep? Researchers at Dalhousie University, Western University in Canada (including Dr. Graham Reid and Adam Newton), and the CQ University in Australia want to know! They are interested in better understanding how parents think about their children’s sleep and what parents do at night to help their children sleep.
