When do I stop giving her a bedtime bottle?

There is no need to stop giving your baby a bedtime bottle – although when she is a toddler you may be able to replace the bottle with a small snack. Pay attention, though, to when you give her that bottle. Babies begin to develop sleep associations (things they get used to and ultimately need as they fall asleep) by about 4-months-old. That said, make sure the bottle is at the beginning of the bedtime routine. For some babies, it’s best to make the bedtime feeding before the bedtime routine and outside of the bedroom altogether.
