What time of the day should my baby nap?
That depends on her age. If your child still naps twice per day, aim for a mid-morning and mid-afternoon nap. End her afternoon nap by 4:00 p.m. the latest or she might have a hard time falling asleep at bedtime. Between 12- and 18-months-old, the mid-morning nap will likely drop off, leaving only the early afternoon nap. If your little one goes to daycare, try to match naptime at home to naptime at daycare. This will help to keep things consistent.
