What temperature is best for my baby’s sleeping?

Keep your baby’s room at a comfortable temperature, in the range of 68 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. A room that is too warm will not only lead to potentially disrupted sleep, but also puts your baby at increased risk for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Dress your baby as you would dress yourself at night. There is no reason to add any extra layers beyond how you normally sleep.
