Is it OK for my child to share a room?
Children often share rooms with other family members without any issues. They tend to get used to one another being in the room so it does not disrupt their sleep. However, if one of your children is having a hard time sleeping and needs to go through some sleep training, consider temporarily moving the good sleeper into another room while you do sleep training with the one who is having a hard time. You can also consider doing sleep training at times when your good sleeper is not in the room, such as at naptime.
